Clytemnestra

Clytemnestra is the name of the wife of Agammemnon whom she murdered along with his lover Cassandra and sister of Helen of Sparta and mother of Orestes, Electra Chrysothemis, and Iphigeneia. The name's meaning is a bit muddled. It may mean "noble or famous woo-er" or seducer? Or it may mean "famous schemer".
