Ibo Names

Ala -Mother Goddess and guardian of societal law of the Ibo tribe in Nigeria. She who creates the living and rules the dead being a Goddess of fertility and Queen of the Underworld. Her symbol is the crescent moon.

Amadioha -The Ibo God of thunder and the sky.

Chuckwu -the high God of the Ibo people of Western Africa. This name is also used for the Christian God.
